All our items are shipped via registered post with tracking. All items come included with Platinum Insurance for you peace of mind and protection. The couriers we use are Australia Post, Australian Air Express, Fastway Couriers or Allied Express Couriers depending on your location.
Parcel delivery can be anywhere from 2-8 working days depending on your location.
Depending on the size of the parcel will depend on which carrier will be selected to deliver your product (as seen with restrictions with Aust post).
As most couriers don’t deliver to P O Box addresses, it is essential that an alternative address is listed for bigger items such as packages, bags and buggies. Please Note: smaller items such as Golf balls & single Golf clubs can be delivered to P O Box addresses.
It is essential that the address listed is current and (where possible) someone is available to take the parcel as customers are required to sign for their package. If you miss the courier, it is the customers who are to contact the courier company and organise another time for the product to be dropped off.
PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD THE CALLING CARD LEFT BY THE COURIER AS THIS WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO CONTACT THEM TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE DROPPED OFF AGAIN.
